5.1 Order Confirmation
When you place an order, you will receive an automated order confirmation email. This email is an acknowledgement that we have received your order — it does not constitute acceptance. A binding contract between you and us is formed when we dispatch your order and send a shipping confirmation.

5.2 Order Cancellation
You may request cancellation of an order before it has been dispatched by contacting us promptly. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must instead be handled through our Returns Policy.
We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including (but not limited to): product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or inability to process payment. If we cancel your order, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

5.3 Pricing Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or system error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order(s) and issue a full refund, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed.

6.1 Dispatch Times
We aim to dispatch orders within 1–3 business days of payment being received. Dispatch times may be longer during peak periods, public holidays, or in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

6.2 Delivery Timeframes
Delivery timeframes depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, customs, or other circumstances outside our control.

6.3 Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. Free shipping may be offered on qualifying orders as communicated on our website.

6.4 Risk and Title
Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. Title to the goods passes to you upon receipt of full payment.

6.5 Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect from a depot, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery at your cost, or provide a refund less the original shipping charges.

7.1 Change of Mind Returns
We accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.

7.2 Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund at no additional cost to you, including covering return shipping where applicable.

7.3 Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

7.4 Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item.

7.5 Marketplace Purchases
For orders placed through eBay or Kogan, returns and refunds are also subject to the policies of those respective platforms. In the event of a conflict, the more favourable terms for the consumer will apply.

Unless otherwise stated on the product listing, our products are covered by a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use.

This warranty does not cover:
Damage caused by misuse, accident, modification, or failure to follow product instructions

Normal wear and tear
Consumable parts unless damage has occurred due to a defect
Damage caused by using the product outside its specified operating parameters

To make a warranty claim, please contact us with proof of purchase and a description of the defect. We may require you to return the product for assessment.
Nothing in this warranty limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
