A polar vantage charger is the round magnetic puck that pulls onto the back of the watch and holds itself there. This one fits the whole Vantage generation and the Grit X and Ignite watches that share the same contacts.

⚠️ Polar uses two different charging systems, and this is the newer one

The MAGNETIC PUCK. A round disc that snaps onto the back of the case, held by magnets. This is the Vantage system, and it is what this part is.

The CLIP. A spring clamp that grips the watch body. That is the V800 and the older generation, and we stock that cable separately.

⚠️⚠️ The two do not interchange in either direction. A V800 clip has nothing to grip on a Vantage, and a polar vantage charger has nothing to hold onto on a V800. Check the back of your watch before ordering: if it is a flat circle of contacts, this is your part.

What it fits

A polar vantage charger aligns itself, which is the point of a magnetic charger — but only if the contacts are clean.

⚠️ Sweat is slightly salty and it dries on the contacts. A polar vantage charger that has stopped holding a reliable connection is usually dirty rather than broken. Wipe the watch contacts and the puck face with a dry cloth and it will nearly always come back.

What it will not charge
